Judges often say they have to live with the consequences of their Decisions. If they are lenient with a person who drives under the influence and that person harms other the next time how could they live with themselves . Recently a young woman was stabbed by a man who some say should have never been released back into society. It happens all the time one I am personally familiar with one court and its justices.

My belief in the justice system is gone already . My name is Babak taherzadeh and I went to jail for tweets . Tweets about a judge. I thought he was dirty and corrupt but i was wrong . its much much worse

Botham Jean. if you don't remember his name perhaps you will remember the circumstance. He was a depeply devout man from St Lucia working for a national accounting firm in Dallas . on his couch eating ice cream on a street that now named in his honor he was murdered by Dsllas Police Officer who claimed she mistakenly entered his apartment and mistook him for an intruder and fired her service weapon twice striking him once fatally. . her name was Amber Guyger. A while the story of her prosecution is filled with irregularities. For now i would draw your attention to her first use of deadly force. Because the year before she murdered Botham Jean . She shot Uvldo Perez . and while there is a call for accountability for judges who expose the public to dangerous people I feel its may be rotton to the core.

When I critizided the inappropriate relationship of the Judge and the police union I was gaslighted as delusional and fixated but the case that can from  her shootinf of perez where miraculously assigned to the 292nd cout were the DPA was the presiding judges big campaign contributor and had even campaign for him. Perez was appointed Jeffery Boncek who was also a campaign contributor to the Judge.

The record indicates the existence of a video since the patol car was directly behind the incident and it all occured under it view . and a wait for the grand jury in the officers fate.

So Perez who was on parole with a substantial criminal history exited the car and attempted to get in the house disobeying officers orders and a struggle insured where perez gained control of officers weapon , taser, and was attempting to use it but was shot. Oh! And perez along with all that was found with meth and weed on him. On parole. What do ypu think he got ? from Birmingham . 2 years   sound kinda light? Letting criminals out into society

But what about guyger. Buried dash cam. Only witness is the Sargent who was married and guyger was fucking so question the cred. But she is back in society and eight months after no bill guyger murders her next victim

Iin uniform screwing her sargent represented by DPA toby shook and his relationship with Birminagham . … she gets all the benefits of being a cop had botham shot her he would have vcharged with capital like Kecin James

But when siu smells weed and want to crimianlise botham and no other judge will sign warrant for narcotics in murdered mans home arredando goes knocking on Birminaghams door . And apparently he was distraught with the consequences of letting guyger walk and he wasn't weeping and burdened  . They snapped their fingers at their puppet and he signed the warrant like he was told .

So don't believe this shit . we must hold people accountable . Isn't that what i was taught . accountability. I hope i learned good.
