The Fundamental Denial of Due Process of Law

The Order Of Deferred Adjudication of 2-9-2017 was signed by Gracie Lewis instead of the Trial Judge Kerry Fitzgerald  thus making it void . Along with being signed by someone who has no authority to grant probation , it also included conditions that far exceeded the plea agreement . But what recourse did I have with these conditions ?  The state argues that I should have appealed  by motioning to adjudicate (I only had 10 days) on a void order.

So I filed for habeas relief 10/24/2017 after it became obvious they were determined to have me revoked regardless what I do .

But the order was void . So I motioned for reversal

At some point the.state claims the trial judge amends the docket determining order was void .
